  • Friday 22 July 2022 Summer Newsletter Our end of year newsletter is ready to view, and it's packed full of information, advice, photos and achievements that our students have made during the Summer term.
  • Wednesday 13 July 2022 BBQ and Presentation Evening Our annual BBQ and Presentation Evening where we celebrate the achievements of our students and thank the staff for their support.
  • Wednesday 29 June 2022 Primary Sports Day 2022 We had a very active sports day with running and cycling events, obstacle courses and ball sports. Thank you to the parents and siblings that joined us on the day, and also to the students and staff of Gordon's School for their support!
  • Monday 27 June 2022 Sensory Pathway - Official Opening We were very pleased to host an opening ceremony to thank The Wooden Spoon for all their fundraising efforts and enabling us to secure the funds to purchase this amazing resource. It has proven very popular with students, and staff, and is a wonderful addition to our playground. The Wooden Spoon also funded our Outdoor Gym equipment several years ago and so they have been a huge supporter over the years.
  • Friday 24 June 2022 Outdoor Learning Week (June 2022) In June we had our second Outdoor Learning Week of this academic year. Students were engaged in various activities, some of which were linked to our Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. We also made good use of our new horticulture area at the front of the school.   • Thursday 23 June 2022 Miller's Ark Farm visit Portesbery - June 2022 Some students spent a fun morning meeting the animals of Millers Ark Farm to remember their friend Molly.
  • Wednesday 22 June 2022 Secondary Sports Day 2022 We had a very active sports day with running and cycling events, obstacle courses and ball sports. Thank you to the parents and siblings that joined us on the day, and also to the students and staff of Gordon's School for their support!

  • Thursday 26 May 2022 Maypole Dance and Queen's Jubilee Picnic In celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee the whole school took turns dancing around our Maypole and enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch (which was held indoors due to the slightly inclement weather!).
  • Thursday 19 May 2022 High Ashurst and Merrist Wood Some of our Post 16 department (Lark and Robin groups) have recently enjoyed a residential trip to High Ashurst and also a Choices and Decisions day at Merrist Wood college.

  • Friday 18 March 2022 Red Nose Day 2022 - Photo Gallery On the morning of Red Nose Day we had a fun half hour with wet sponges - luckily the sun was shining! Classes voted for a fun activity to celebrate Red Nose Day and it was an overwhelming majority vote to throw wet sponges at Nathan.We managed to raise £295 from Parentmail donations, Little Portesberries and the Chestnut Creations and Staff cake sales. Thank you!
