School Expansion Plans

During initial consultations we were pleased that the plans to expand our school drew very little opposition from stakeholders, as all were clear that it does not involve an expansion in our student numbers, but simply an improvement in our accommodation by moving students out of temporary Portakabins to a newly-renovated Community Centre immediately opposite our site.

Please see below links to the statutory notice documents short and full final versions, along with the survey, which have also been published on the ‘Surrey Says’ website. The closing date for responses will be 2 July 2025.

It is clear in the documents that this satellite centre is to accommodate students already admitted into the school and is not a further expansion. It will enable the temporary Portakabins to be removed and will allow us to develop a permanent and much more suitable Post-16 provision for our current and future cohorts.
